The High Octane Experience

High Octane Boxing is a complete full-body workout that engages your mind and body. Our workouts emphasize fundamental boxing workouts, featuring proper heavy bag training along with active rest periods and additional full body workout movements. These workouts are designed to strength and tone your arms, legs, back, core, increase stamina and endurance. Join us for just one class and you will become addicted!

What To Expect

Our goal at High Octane Boxing, is to help you achieve your fitness goals by being the best trainers possible. Whether you are a complete newbie or seasoned vet we will get you there.

Warm Up

We start with an active warm-up consisting of active stretching, cardio drills, and calisthenics to get your body ready.

The Rounds

Depending on the class you are attending, the rounds consist of 3 mins of activity: boxing, body weight drills, resistant bands, weights, and more. The trainer will show you and guide you!

Between Rounds

We believe in active rest… if you need more we challenge you during this period. If you are just beginning we recognize the importance of this break.

Finishing Up

We have an active cool down period. Time to get ready to crush the rest of your day.

Meet Your Trainers

Lindsey Headshot

Lindsey

Lindsey is the lead trainer and program director at High Octane Boxing. She found boxing immediately after graduating college, and has been hooked ever since (pun intended). Early on, it has been very important to her to know ones personal strength and how to use it in your favor. She knows its important to always learn some sort of self defense. 

Damien

Former Indiana Golden Gloves Champion and lifelong athlete that loves helping people reach their personal fitness goals, whether you are just beginning or an elite athlete. Former strength coach at Ohio State, Purdue, and Butler. Current sparring partner for Chris Lytle, Matt Mitrione and team 2 Ton.

Ben

Ben has been with High Octane since the beginning. His class focuses on high paced heavy bag work that will leave your lungs burning. Ben’s passion is to help both beginners and advanced athletes push themselves to exceed the levels they thought they could achieve.

Mabuchi

Growing up in Bloomington, IN Mabuchi has a lifelong background in sports including track, basketball, and soccer. He currently works with high school, elite travel youth and collegiate teams. In 2016, he was introduced to boxing & kickboxing and love teaching class.

Mandy

Mandy keeps a high energy and quick pace in her classes. She’s a sassy girl that took to boxing over six years ago and hasn’t looked back. She enjoys seeing people reach their potential and setting new limits. She believes that you can work out anything on a bag.
